Shorts for rest days can be more slack for optimal comfort.I got seamless and flex leggings in 2018 - the flex was the cheaper pair at the time with the alternate colour elastic waistband and the contouring on the legging - while I don’t think they’re the most flattering on my body now, I have worn them to death (mainly doing not much actual exercise - they now have also holes in the crotch and I sew them up), I find they really cling onto smell if that makes sense? I don’t know if it is just me and my hormones etc, but I just think the smell really lingers and it is really off putting.
